The Board.
The Board is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Casa Student Fund. The Board ensures that the Fund operates smoothly, professionally and in line with its governing documents, investment policy and ethical standards.
Its responsibilities include organising and executing key activities such as investment pitches, educational events and partner engagements. The Executive Committee also oversees all external relations, including communication with partners, academic stakeholders and other relevant organisations, ensuring consistent and transparent collaboration.
Antar Mountassir | President
The President holds the overall responsibility for Casa Student Fund’s operations, governance and strategic direction. The President ensures that the Fund operates in accordance with its policies, maintains high professional standards and fulfils its educational mission.
The role includes setting the long-term vision of the Fund, overseeing investment activity, and representing CSF externally. The President is ultimately accountable for the Fund’s performance, integrity and continued development.

Emil Creutz | Vice-President
The Vice President supports the President in the strategic and operational management of the Fund and serves on both the Executive Committee and the Investment Committee. The role focuses on internal structuring, coordination of committees and ensuring that internal processes, timelines and responsibilities are clearly defined and followed.

Jesper Turtiainen | Head of Fund / Investments
The Head of Fund is responsible for overseeing the Fund’s investment activities and portfolio management. This includes maintaining research standards, supervising the investment process and ensuring that portfolio decisions align with the Fund’s long-term strategy, risk limits and ESG framework.

Mathias Munsterhjelm | Head of Corporate Relations
The Head of Corporate Relations manages Casa Student Fund’s relationships with external partners and sponsors. Responsibilities include outreach, partnership development, coordination of collaborative events and ensuring that all corporate engagement adheres to CSF’s Company Policy and ethical guidelines.

Moona Hokka | Head of Equity & Market Research
The Head of Equity and market research oversees the quality, consistency and structure of the Fund’s research on equities and market. The role includes guiding members in producing professional-grade equity research, coordinating reporting timelines and ensuring transparency in both financial and ESG-related disclosures.

Marcus Karino | Head of Reporting

Max Gardemeister | Head of Operations

Ellen Ed Kristersson | Head of Events
The Head of Events plans and executes Casa Student Fund’s educational and partner-facing events, including pitching sessions, lectures, workshops and company events. The role focuses on maintaining high-quality programming aligned with CSF’s educational mission.
